Welcome to Summer VolleyBall Camp Oliva

Oliva Summer Volley Camp is an excellent volleyball technification programme for girls only. 

The programme is now in its tenth year and each time we improve the quality of our training, coaching team and sporting activities.

We take care of all the most important aspects of the girls who want to improve their game through training and activities aimed at improving the technical and tactical aspects of volleyball, as well as physical preparation, mental strength and team dynamics. All of this is supported by the best methods and new technologies applied to the sport.

We consider that the ideal age is from 11/12 years old until the girls feel like playing volleyball and spend a fantastic week with new friends and the best coaches.

Program of SUMMER VOLLEYBALL CAMP OLIVA

Morning

• Breakfast in the hotel from 8:30 hrs to 9:00 hrs;

• Volleyball training from 9:30 hrs until 13:30 hrs;

• Return to the hotel;

• Lunch in the hotel restaurant from 14:30 hrs until 15:30 hrs; 

The training sessions will be carried out in small groups of 6/8 girls each with their specific coach and will work on different phases and positions of the game: serve, reception, attack, defence. 

We will also work on the specific physical aspects of volleyball.

We will also work on some psychological aspects through games and group exercises to reinforce team concepts and objectives.

Afternoon

• Break / relax (Siesta time) in the hotel until 16:30 hrs;

• Sport activities in the hotel beach from 17:30 hrs until 19:30 hrs: padel surf, aqua gym, excursions....;

• Diner in the hotel restaurant from 20:30 hrs until 21:30 hrs;

• Group activities from 22:30 hrs until good night time.

The afternoon activities are led by certified instructors and always supervised by our coaches. The aim of these activities is to motivate the girls to make new friends, to enjoy the fantastic beach in front of the hotel and to complete the morning training in a summer environment in maximum safety.

This year we will also take a bus trip to Denia (10 km from Oliva) to visit the summer market and give the girls the opportunity to get to know each other better outside of the sporting environment.
