Volley camp program
Welcome to Volley Ball's Summer Sport Camp 2020
After a hard school year it's time to think about holidays. Come to our Summer Volley Camp. A different, unique, fun summer camp that you can not miss.
The Summer Volley Camp is a Volley technification program and fun afternoon recreational activities on the beach just for girls.
We consider that the ideal age is from 11/12 years to 16/17.
If you do not enter this window of ages and want to come, do not worry, ask us and we'll see what we can do.
The first thing we want to transmit to you and your family is that the girls will be at all times in a safe environment with trainer @ s and monitor @ s professionals and responsible. The trainer @ s of Volley will stay in the same hotel being always available for any need that the girls may have.
You can choose between 4 weeks:
Week 1: From June 28th to July 5th.
Week 2: From July 6th to July 11th.
Week 3: From July 12th to July 18th.
Week 4: From July 19th to July 25th.
Program of the Summer Sport Camp 2020 of Volley Ball
morning
• Breakfast at the hotel from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM;
• Volleyball training / technical training from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm;
• Return (walking) to the hotel pool for a dip before lunch;
• Lunch at the hotel restaurant from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
In the morning we will be training in the Oliva Municipal Pavilion in two different volleyball courts: one indoor and one open with soft synthetic bottom. In addition we can use all the facilities of the Municipal Pavilion to integrate and complete the physical, technical and group training.
The trainings will be carried out by groups of 10/12 girls each with their specific training and will work different phases and positions of the game: serve, reception, attack, defense.
In addition, the specific physical part of the volleyball will be worked on.
We will also work on some psychological aspects through games and group exercises to reinforce team concepts and objectives.
The municipal pavilion is 800 meters from the hotel and we can go back and forth every day from the hotel without any danger, without having to use the buses: taking care of the environment in complete safety.

Late
• Break in the apartments until 4:30 p.m.
• Activities on the beach from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm;
• Dinner at the hotel restaurant from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm;
• Group activities until 22:30 hours before going to sleep.
We will stay at the KIKO PARK Hotel on the very beach of Oliva. The hotel rises on the beach of Oliva near the Nautico Club and has complete private pool facilities.
The girls will be housed in apartments and will be able to choose who to share the apartment with. There is room for 4 in the same apartment so that the girls can feel comfortable during the entire stay.
